The busbar slots are made from high-strength cold-rolled steel, cold-rolled into a corrugated structure, offering not only an aesthetically pleasing and generous appearance but also significantly enhanced mechanical strength and dynamic thermal stability of the system, solving the challenge of large-span installations at construction sites. The busbar conductors are made from high-purity electrolytic copper, with the entire conductor surface tin-plated to improve resistance to oxidation and corrosion. After processing, they are heat-shrunk with PVC tubes, separated by insulating blocks between phases and to the ground, providing dual insulation protection for the copper busbars. This significantly improves the insulation performance, and then they are enclosed in a grounded metal casing.

The main structure of the busbar channel:

A power distribution system suitable for three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems, with a frequency range of 50-60Hz, rated voltage up to 660V, and rated working current from 250 to 6000A.

The distribution task-taker, designed for connecting low-voltage distribution panels to large and medium-sized loads, is primarily used in modern workshops, factories, and high-rise buildings. It is an improved product based on the traditional air-type design.

Safety guards are designed at the socket, and the junction box can only be connected when the guard is pulled open. This effectively prevents dust and foreign objects from entering the socket, enhancing the protective features and preventing accidental operations, thereby improving the safety of the busbar.

The housing protection ratings range from IP40 to IP54, allowing flexible selection based on the installation and usage environment for optimal economic power transmission.

According to system requirements, interfaces can be set at any location, with quick installation and convenient wiring, ensuring safe usage.
