Supply Conductors are used for electric hoists, electric gantry cranes, and single girder bridge cranes; stackers, automatic inspection lines for electromechanical products, automated production lines, portable electric tools, and other portable electrical equipment, as well as fixed busway installations in factories, workshops, and office spaces.

The single-pole H-type safety busbar is widely used, offering significant improvements in protection class and insulation, ensuring safety and reliability.

Safety Slide Rails: Designed for dusty, humid environments, these can be equipped with dust-proof sealing strips and hand protection (hand protection is required when the slide rail is very close to people, such as: akapp). Collector operation speed is less than 300 meters per minute.

Multi-polar sliding contact line: Easy to install, fast speed, simple and compact structure, safe and reliable, suitable for commonly used currents below 100A.

Rigid Contact Line: Designed for high-current equipment, capable of handling thousands of amperes, suitable for harsh environments and high temperatures.

Single-pole sliding busbars: Composed according to different pole numbers, they can carry currents up to thousands of amperes and are currently the most commonly used sliding busbars.

Product Features

1. Safety: The casing of the power sliding contact line is made from high-insulation engineering plastic. The protective grade of the casing can reach IP13 or IP55 as required, providing protection against rain, snow, freezing, and contact from suspended loads. The product has withstood various environmental conditions. It has excellent insulation performance, ensuring no harm to maintenance personnel when touching the external part of the transmission conduit.

2. Reliable: The transmission guide rail has excellent electrical conductivity, rapid heat dissipation, high current density, low impedance, and minimal line losses. The brushes are made of metal graphite material with high electrical and wear-resistant properties. The receiver has flexible movement and good directional performance, effectively controlling contact arcing and stringing phenomena.

3. Economic: The supply slide contact line device has a simple structure and utilizes high current density, low resistivity copper strips as the conductive core. It can save electricity by approximately 6%, achieving plastic substitution for steel and copper, with innovative design. It does not require additional insulating structures or compensation wires, and can be installed on the same side as the crane control room, saving installation materials and costs. The total cost is roughly equivalent to that of steel bare slide wires.

4. Convenience: The power supply sliding contact line device combines multiple busbars into a single conduit, making assembly semi-convenient. Its fixed bracket, connecting clips, and suspension devices are all supplied as standard components, and installation, disassembly, adjustment, and maintenance are also very convenient.

The quality of sliding contact lines can be consistently measured according to the following standards:

1. Carbon Brush Lifespan – Being a consumable, the driving distance affects the maintenance cycle of the equipment.

2. Conductive Rail Housing Quality – Thickness, hardness, applicable temperature, and environmental factors.

3. Collector Performance – Primarily focuses on wheel lifespan, design of the turning wheel, and whether the collector meets usage requirements under various environmental conditions.

4. Conductor Expansion Issue – Consider expansion concerns once the length exceeds 100 meters.

5. Voltage Drop Issues – Voltage drop varies depending on the length of different copper strips.
