Key Considerations for Designing Busway Channels:
When selecting the standard for busway, the conductor cross-section should be as large as possible to ensure sufficient remaining capacity.
2. For busway trunking installed directly on shear walls, no load data needs to be provided to the architectural design team. Load data is calculated using the following formula: Pivot Load = 0.5 × Building Height × (Total Weight of Busway Trunking / Total Length of Busway Trunking).
3. More insertion ports should be set up, but the operating height and feed circuit path should be considered. Due to the excessive number of straight busbar socket outlets, the height of the wiring box above each floor will be too high, making the operation and maintenance of the busbar difficult and inconvenient.
4. Due to the low line impedance of the busbar槽's conduit, it is advisable to select a short-circuit breaking type circuit breaker that matches the plug-in box.
5. To ensure the continuity of the power supply lines, a dual-circuit approach should be considered, with the two circuits to be kept at a safe distance from each other as much as possible.
6. Due to the heavier weight of the trough busbar structure compared to cable trays, consideration should be given to hoisting space during design.
