Pre-fabricated and assembled lightweight panels are a type of pre-fabricated lightweight board, suitable for the exterior walls and roofs of industrial, public, and residential buildings. As a new type of building envelope, they possess features such as thermal insulation, fire resistance, sound insulation, and waterproofing that meet national standards. They cover all aspects of building envelopes for both industrial and residential buildings.
Pre-fabricated and assembled lightweight panels are custom-manufactured according to National Standard Atlas 16CJ27 16CG70. The pre-fabricated and assembled lightweight panels are divided into two parts: the pre-fabricated section, which includes pre-fabricated exterior walls, pre-fabricated roof panels (grid panels and large roof panels); and the assembly section, which includes assembled self-supporting exterior walls, assembled self-supporting interior walls, assembled roofs, assembled floors, and assembled architectural shapes.
1. Suitable for industrial and public buildings with explosion and pressure relief requirements.
2. Self-supporting exterior wall panels suitable for general industrial and public buildings. When factors such as wind coefficient and shape coefficient result in the allowable wind load limit exceeding the standard value for precast exterior wall panels, the manufacturer can carry out secondary design.
3. Suitable for general industrial and public buildings in seismic fortification areas with intensity not exceeding 8 degrees (0.2g).
4. Roofs suitable for general industrial and public buildings with self-supporting external wall cladding structures.
5. Suitable for buildings in normal environments with non-corrosive media and an average annual relative humidity of no more than 75%. For environments with special requirements, use after taking appropriate measures.
6. Intermediate floors and overpasses designed for industrial and residential buildings (including residential and public buildings) that only bear vertical loads.
