Product Introduction:
PP Centrifugal Fans Series, currently the corrosion-resistant ventilation equipment for industrial production centers, boasts excellent properties such as high strength, strong corrosion resistance, smooth operation, and low noise. After years of meticulous design and continuous improvement by our technical team, the performance and quality have been increasingly refined, widely replacing other corrosion-resistant material fans. Our company produces two types of fans: the standard PP4-72 model and the high-pressure PP9-28 model.
The PP9-28 high-pressure corrosion-resistant fan features special properties such as no leakage, high strength, stable operation, low energy consumption, large conveying capacity, high pressure, and strong corrosion resistance. It is suitable for high-pressure conveyance of highly corrosive gases in the chemical fertilizer industry. The product has been widely recommended by various professional design institutes and applied in the exhaust gas conveying section of sulfur-based NPK compound fertilizer projects, receiving unanimous praise from users.
Cautionary Notes:
1. Operating temperature ≤ 80°C, dust content in gas < 100mg/M³, no sticky substances or foreign particles allowed in the conveying gas.
2. The fans are all made of pure polypropylene, and they should be handled gently during transportation and installation, with no hard objects allowed to collide with the housing.
3. Upon completion of installation, promptly remove all tools and debris from within the casing. Simultaneously, manually rotate the impeller to check for any collision in its various parts. If any abnormalities are found, they should be addressed immediately.
4. Power on, close the intake valve. Only after the fan starts running can you gradually open the valve until it reaches the specified operating condition. Pay attention to the motor current; it should not exceed the limit. Only when everything is normal can the equipment run for a long time.
Ordering Information:
1. When placing an order, please specify the fan model, speed, airflow and pressure, exhaust outlet angle, and rotation direction, as well as motor specifications.
2. At the time of ordering, if the angle of the air outlet is not specified, the standard is 90° clockwise as the factory default.
3. Special specifications, such as stainless steel fans, can be designed and manufactured on behalf of the customer.
