PP Vacuum Acid Wash Tank Cleaning Steps:
1. Empty the tank bottom oil (first use the storage tank system pump, then a temporary explosion-proof motor pump or water padding can be used).
2. Blind flanged isolation storage tank.
3. Remove the manhole in the drum wall and the light passage hole in the drum top.
4. Add a small amount of water to the can and steam-cook it.
5. Manhole equipped with explosion-proof blowers for forced ventilation and air exchange.
6. Conduct gas analysis inside the can, primarily focusing on oxygen content and flammable gas concentration.
7. Upon passing the analysis, organize personnel who have passed the physical examination to enter the tank for manual cleaning.
8. Tank loading personnel must wear appropriate protective gear, and the duration of work inside the tank should not exceed the specified limit. There must be a designated supervisor outside the tank.
9. Waste disposed of properly (incinerated in incinerators or buried in designated areas in bags).
