PP Swirl Plate Spray Towers Are Widely Used in Waste Gas Purification
The PP swirl plate spray tower design is highly rational and greatly contributes to environmental protection. Many factories opt for swirl plate spray towers for environmental purposes, as this innovative purification equipment has been widely applied in waste gas treatment.
The primary function of the swirl plate spray tower unit:
High purification efficiency, strong anti-blocking performance, and long-lasting anti-corrosion durability.
2. Comprised mainly of the main swirl section, packing section, spray section, water recirculation section, and centrifugal fan.
3. The Swirl Plate Spray Tower is an efficient purification equipment, also known as Square Swirl Tower, Swirl Purification Tower, Swirl Dust Removal Tower, etc.
Principle of Operation of Cyclone Spray Tower
As high-temperature waste gases or organic gases mixed with dust particles pass through the cyclone purification spray tower from bottom to top, under the negative pressure of the fan, the dust particles are washed by the spray water and directly enter the water pool section of the tower, forming sediment. We simply need to remove and transport the sediment regularly. Additionally, the high-temperature gases are also cooled as a result of the water spray. If the gases contain sulfur compounds or nitrogen compounds, the purification tower can also achieve desulfurization and denitrification effects by filling neutralizing agents.
The Role of PP Cyclone Spray Tower in Waste Gas Treatment
Scrubber plates are commonly used in the exhaust gas treatment industry as a pre-treatment equipment. Most exhaust gases contain different concentrations of paint mist particles, dust, or acidic/basic gases. Effective treatment of the exhaust gas requires prior pre-treatment.
Structural Composition
The Cyclone Plate Spray Tower, also known as the Cyclone Purification Tower, Square Cyclone Tower, Cyclone Dust Removal Tower, Cyclone Washing Tower, and Waste Gas Treatment Tower, is an upgraded version of the standard spray tower. It primarily consists of a recirculating pump, a recirculating pond, a cyclone drum, a packing layer, and a centrifugal fan.
The PP swirl plate spray tower is designed with multiple swirl devices inside, where the flue gas, after primary purification, rises in rotation. Due to the rational design of the swirl devices, the swirl pneumatic devices provide guidance and relay functions, utilizing the kinetic energy of the flue gas to generate an aerodynamic swirl. This allows for thorough contact between the gas and liquid phases, facilitating mass transfer reactions. After passing through multiple swirl devices within the tower, the flue gas can ensure a desulfurization efficiency that meets technical requirements.
