The junction between the furnace base and other relevant subordinate equipment bases (such as the workshop flue interface, the furnace rear preheater base, etc.) should have a depression gap of about 20mm. The masonry at the junction on the base surface should not be butted; instead, a straight gap should be left, with the straight gaps butted without filling with mud.
No lightweight products, such as lightweight refractory clay bricks or diatomite bricks, should come into direct contact with subsoil.Annealing furnaceWhen the underfloor masonry has a large volume, it cannot be simply filled with broken red bricks to ensure strength. To reduce costs, semi-red brick masonry can be chosen.
