The installation sequence for socket weld flanges must be applied accurately:

1. Prior to welding the connecting flange, the inner and outer sides of the stainless steel pipe fittings to be connected must be cleaned up.

2. Install the flanged discs with slots on the pipe materials that require connection.

3. The pipe ends require a 90-degree flanging process. After processing, the pipe end surfaces must be ground smooth, ensuring they are perpendicular and flat without burrs, irregularities, or deformation. Additionally, the tools used for the pipe ends should be rounded.

4. An abbreviated method involves using finished products to form flanged short tubes, which are then welded onto the pipe material.

5. Embed stainless steel sealing rings with O-shaped rubber seals pre-installed on both sides into the slotted flange disk. The inner diameter of the sealing rings matches the inner diameter of the pipe material.

6. Then, connect the flange holes with bolts, ensuring the bolt assembly is tightened symmetrically.

7. When tightening the Shandong butt flange, ensure that all joints are sealed tightly and meet the required specifications.
