Forged Carbon Steel Flat Welding Flange

Forged carbon steel flat weld flanges have certain technical requirements and parameters in production and use, and are produced and processed in a specific manner and method:

1. The steel plate used for manufacturing flat焊接 flanges should be subjected to ultrasonic testing to ensure there are no delamination defects, guaranteeing excellent quality and performance. Production and inspection should be conducted in accordance with specific quality requirements to ensure that the steel plate used in production and application is free of quality issues.

2. The steel should be cut into strips along the rolling direction, bent and welded into a ring shape, with the surface of the steel forming a cylindrical surface of the ring. When manufacturing flanges for Iran, it is not allowed to directly machine-processed steel plates into flanges with a neck. A certain process for manufacturing and processing should be adopted.

3. Welding of socket weld flanges requires a specific welding technique; the butt welds of the circular ring should be full penetration welds.

4. The joint weld of the ring should undergo post-weld heat treatment and be inspected by X-ray or ultrasonic testing. The X-ray inspection should meet the II-level requirements of JB4730, and the ultrasonic inspection should meet the I-level requirements of JB4730. The welding flanges are produced in accordance with certain welding standards and technologies, adhering to the national production standards and requirements.
