The Aeration Tank Equipment consists of sulfide rubber membrane micro-perforated aeration panels, branch gas pipelines, controllers, connectors, and elimination equipment. The branch gas pipelines are arranged in a circular layout. The sulfide rubber membrane micro-perforated aeration panels are connected to the branch gas pipelines using flanges based on the gas supply volume and the relative density according to the tank's shape. The base sulfide rubber membrane micro-perforated aeration panels are of British螺纹. During installation, first, secure the controller to the pool with the required specifications using expansion nuts, and then attach the branch gas pipelines to the controller.
Wet the sulfuric rubber flat washer with lubricant before installation.
When inserting the rubber plate into the holes on top of the micro-porous aeration tube, the curved contour at the top of the rubber plate must match with the bend of a portion of the micro-porous aeration tube.
3. The aeration disk should be twisted clockwise as tightly as possible to tighten the rubber plate around the drain outlet. Using a slotted forked wrench can prevent the rubber plate from rotating.
4. During the tightening process, the pulsation damper must not deform; otherwise, it is likely to result in uneven bubble shapes or could potentially cause a tear around the pulsation damper, leading to a leak.
5. The deformation of rubber plates must be identical when sealed properly; otherwise, the aeration disk may become dislodged. Adjust the rubber plate by re-tightening it. Immediately replace rubber plates with irreversible deformation or damage.
