Silicone PU Court Materials
Silicone PU court materials are a new generation of court surfacing materials developed on the basis of PU court materials. This material is scientifically compounded by combining polyurethane (PU) with materials containing organosilicon components. When used on the court surface, it effectively addresses the shortcomings of PU court materials in terms of environmental protection during construction, service life, and daily maintenance, featuring revolutionary innovative properties.
Application Range: Suitable for ground construction on basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, badminton courts, handball courts, and ping pong courts, as well as recreational areas, gyms, and fitness activity sites.
Construction and Maintenance Warranty Period
Following completion, the flooring materials require 10-15 days to cure before use.
2. During construction and maintenance, personnel movement, trampling, and wear should be prohibited.
3. Prevent prolonged waterlogging and dampness during the construction and maintenance period.
4. Cracks or similar issues should be promptly repaired by professional contractors during maintenance.
5. In case of prolonged overcast weather, dampness, or extended winter periods, it is advisable to extend the maintenance period.
6. Post-warranty, thanks to the material's new properties, it offers excellent waterproofing, UV protection, and wear resistance.
Utilize Maintenance Period
1. Synthetic sports fields can accommodate all-weather usage with the presence of certain drainage facilities.
