Currently, the loading of iron ore, coal, bauxite, and other bulk cargo into trains within the railway yards and port mineral powder operation areas is uneven. To ensure the safety and quality of railway transportation of bulk cargo, the railway department has proposed the requirement that "the top surface should be leveled after loading using hopper bins and loaders." This often requires manual leveling, which consumes a great deal of manpower and material resources.
Our train material leveling machine, as shown in the figure, includes a crawler vehicle undercarriage with a liftable cabin for convenient observation of the interior operations. The undercarriage also features a liftable main support, topped with a telescopic boom that connects to a telescopic vertical arm at its front. The lower end of the telescopic vertical arm is equipped with a spiral leveling tool for flattening materials. All working arms can be freely telescoped and rotated, allowing the spiral leveling tool to be easily placed inside the carriage for operations. All power transmission is completed through fully electric hydraulic systems. As the vehicle moves along the length of the carriage, the spiral leveling tool can quickly flatten the materials inside, meeting the requirements of the railway department.
The width of our train flat bed material leveling machine is only 1300mm, making it suitable for navigating through narrow gaps between multiple railway lines.
