About Common Methods for Equipment Grouting Materials:

1. High-Position Funnel Method: The high-position funnel method is a technique used in CGM grouting material construction when the fluidity of the grouting material alone is insufficient to meet the requirements. It involves increasing the potential energy difference of the grouting to satisfy the grouting requirements. This method is suitable for grouting under large equipment bases. At this time, appropriate vent holes should be arranged under the equipment base, with a vent hole diameter of no less than 30mm.

2. Gravity Grouting Method: This is the basic grouting technique. The gravity grouting method leverages the good fluidity of CGM grouting material during construction, allowing it to freely flow within the grouting area to meet grouting requirements. It is used for secondary grouting under the flat bottom surface of equipment.

3. Pressure Grouting Method: The pressure grouting method is a technique used in grouting material construction, which involves the use of grouting pressure equipment to meet the grouting requirements.

If it cannot be ensured that the grouting material is vibration-tight or has an adverse effect on the structure, then graded incorrect grouting material should be used; grouting material with a curing time that is long and exceeds the specified time; and low-grade grouting material from the bottom to the pouring section of the high-grade grouting material.
