In recent years, China's road and railway network construction has become increasingly sophisticated. Concurrently, the technology for prestressed concrete in bridge construction has matured significantly. Prestressed concrete structures have been widely applied in engineering projects. However, common issues during construction, such as occurrences during the casting process of prestressed concrete, are still prevalent.
Under the anchor plate, the spiral reinforced concrete is limited by space, and it's easy to experience concrete leakage and unstable vibration when not paying attention, which severely affects the next stretching process. To address this issue, it is necessary to use road trench grouting agents. Do you know the preparation for concrete grouting repair? Below, our editor will take you through it together!
Through a series of repeated tests on grout, it has been proven feasible to effectively repair small concrete voids using high-quality grout that meets performance requirements, offering advantages such as convenience and speed.
Especially, this advantage is evident in the repair of small, high-volume voids. The drawbacks include the large damaged area during repair and the risk associated with the diverse configurations of materials such as hardeners.
The determination of adhesive ratios: The consistency ratio of the slurry used for filling voids on-site is thicker than the specification requires for the slurry used in the hole channels. The stirred slurry can be kneaded into a ball with the palm and will slowly disperse when gently shaken, with slow flow and a smooth surface (meeting the on-site grouting condition specifically).
Pre-repair Site Preparation: Remove debris from voids and clean the interiors and surroundings with a hairdryer before repair to prevent affecting the bonding properties of the grout slurry with concrete; seal existing gaps during the simple formwork setup with sealant to ensure the slurry does not leak out, preventing any impact on the density within the hole and the appearance of the concrete surface.
