Grouting materials are widely used in everyday life, with their presence visible in many places. In power plants, paper mills, and the secondary grouting of equipment bases, the primary purpose is to prevent the corrosion of steel bars.

Additionally, during construction, it's also necessary to consider the condition of equipment foundations for rusting, and whether this could lead to reinforcing steel rusting. This primarily depends on the critical concentration of chloride ions and the degree of corrosion they cause to the steel. The attachment of chloride ions to the reinforcing steel forms an acidic environment, causing the passivation layer, which is a protective film formed in an alkaline environment, to fail, thereby continuously reducing the effectiveness of the reinforcing steel.

Gunited refractory materials feature self-compaction and slight expansion properties. After construction, the surface is smooth and crack-free, offering increased durability. They also reduce the penetration rate of chloride ions, thereby extending the corrosion time of steel reinforcement.

Under the action of mechanical vibration, the fluidity of the grouting material ensures uniform and dense flow of the mold. Flow rate directly impacts the construction and quality of the grouting material. If too little grouting material is used, it will correspondingly affect the flow rate, potentially leading to uneven filling of all voids and causing internal or surface holes.

Defects; Poor bonding strength of the grouting material, prone to separation between slurry and aggregates, forming honeycombs and voids. This can lead to poor contact between the grouting material and the contacting surface, affecting the quality of the construction work.

The water retention of grouting materials is crucial. Good water retention in grouting materials prevents severe bleeding during construction. Poor water retention in the grouting material can easily cause water to separate from inside to outside, posing significant hazards to the construction process.

Can the grouting material operate in high-temperature environments?

Due to actual production needs, we also know that equipment should be kept away from high temperatures, and natural casting slurry should not be placed in a high-temperature environment. High-temperature heat can easily damage electronic components and circuits, affecting the performance of the grouting process. Therefore, when using grouting in summer, attention must be paid to heat dissipation and ventilation.
Currently, many companies place grouting and grouting controllers in poorly ventilated corners, which easily leads to heat buildup from the machinery itself, as the heat is difficult to dissipate. Additionally, the processing of liquids with grouting and ultrasonic cleaning machines requires specific temperatures, making the operating environment for the grouting and ultrasonic control boxes extremely poor.
For building materials products, high temperatures can cause overheating protection, and excessive temperatures can accelerate solidification. Mild conditions may lead to circuit breakers tripping and circuits reigniting. If used for an extended period, it is essential to pay attention to the following: the control box should be at least 1 meter away from the machine to ensure good heat dissipation control and unobstructed exhaust.
