Operators of the coil slitting machine should undergo necessary training, familiarize themselves with the machine's structure, performance, and operating methods.

2. Refill lubricating oil according to the lubrication chart requirements, and inspect the safety and reliability of the power system and mechanical systems.

Upon startup, verify that the large gear is rotating in the direction indicated by the arrow. Confirm normal operation before engaging the pedal switch.

4. Machine adjustments must be performed during downtime.

During the operation of the coiler, no part of the body is to be extended into the closed area of the cutting bed.

Do not roll-cut excessively thick materials to avoid damaging the machine tool or blades.

During the operation of the coil rolling machine, any abnormal conditions should be immediately halted, the power supply should be disconnected, and the relevant personnel should investigate the cause. The machine can only be used again after the fault is resolved.

8. Upon completion of work, disconnect the power, clean the machine tool, and apply lubricating oil to the guide rails and blades.
