The Cold Core Machine is composed of components such as the bed, column, beam, mold frame parts, sand hopper, and gas cylinder. The bed is made of steel sections and plate welding, offering sufficient rigidity and strength. All parts operate smoothly. The mold cylinder is installed inside the bed, control solenoid valves and speed control valves are located within the bed, and the control button panel is fixed on the left side of the bed. During single revolution operation, the programmable logic controller (PLC) controls the equipment. The four columns are installed on both sides of the bed, serving as connecting parts for the bed and beam. These columns are焊接 using 180# channel steel, providing high strength and stability. Two mold plates, along with four guide rods and sleeves, form the moving mold frame component, which connects to the mold cylinder and completes the opening and closing mold process along the four guide rods. Once the moving mold is lowered into place, the four top core rods can push out the sand core, making it easy for manual core removal.
