Performance & Applications
1. Eco-friendly industrial penetrant with excellent penetration, emulsifying, and cleaning power, commonly used as a non-ionic surfactant.
2. Used for removing excess color in dyeing fabrics for active and dispersible dyes, it can be processed at low temperatures to prevent staining on the white areas of the fabric. Generally, the dosage is 0.1 to 0.5 grams per liter.
3. Can easily wipe away oil stains from finished products, particularly effective for removing oil spots from silk finished goods.
4. Used as a dispersant in dye baths for dispersible dyes, the recommended dosage is 0.1 to 0.5 grams per liter.
5. Pre-dyeing treatment for acrylic fiber, washing oil stains, processing temperature 50°C, penetrant JFC dosage 0.8-1g/L.
6. Used in the high-pressure bath dyeing process for acrylic and wool blended fabrics, generally at a dosage of about 0.5%.
7. Penetrant JFC has good washing power at 40°C. When used as an emulsifier, its dosage is 10% of the weight of the oil to be emulsified.
Packaging and Storage
200Kg iron drums, 50Kg plastic drums packaging. Stored and transported as general chemicals. Kept in a dry and ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
