Penetrating Agent JFC-1Penetrating Agent JFC-2

Technical Specifications
Appearance: Micro-yellow to colorless, viscous liquid (as observed at 25°C)
pH Value: 5.0~7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Cloud point: 40~50℃ (1% water solution)
Penetration: ≥ Standard Product (JFC) (0.1% Solution)
Performance and Features
1. Soluble in water with excellent permeability; the permeability is unaffected above the cloud point.
2. Used as an penetrant in the textile industry for processes such as sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonization, etc. Also serves as an assistive penetrant in dyeing and finishing baths.
3. Used as an penetrant in the leather industry, also as a degreaser.
4. Offers strong wool washing capabilities, easily removes various oils and feels soft to the touch.
Application
1. Penetration: Suitable for processes such as textiles, dyeing, and finishing where cationic penetrants are not applicable. This additive is typically used at a dosage of 1~5g/L.
2. Scouring: Use JFC-1 to accelerate the starch scouring process, with an approximate dosage of 0.1% of the liquid weight.
3. Fiber Refining: During the refining of acetate fiber and other synthetic fiber products, adding 2~5g/L of refining solution and 5g/L of sodium chloride can enhance the refining effect.
4. Wool Clean Wash: The penetrant JFC-1 possesses wool washing capabilities, leaving no residue on the wool and no discoloration or defects. The fiber feels soft as well. This penetrant can be used in neutral, alkaline, or acidic environments and can be mixed with soap in hard water or used alone. The optimal temperature for use is 40~50°C.
5. Wool Carbonization: During wool carbonization, add penetrant JFC-1 at a rate of 0.5~1g/L, which can shorten the carbonization time, reduce acid content, and enhance the carbonization effect.
