The portable laser welding machine is a self-developed and manufactured laser welding unit based on advanced fiber laser technology, featuring even weld seams, high welding quality, high efficiency, minimal thermal deformation, and ease of operation. The equipment primarily consists of a fiber laser, fiber laser welding head, chiller, wire feeder, and welding control system. Different brands of fiber lasers and welding heads can be selected according to actual requirements, making it an excellent laser welding unit.

Standard configuration includes a 3-in-1 unit for welding, cutting, and rust removal. Optional cleaning function is available for customization into a 4-in-1 unit to meet specific needs.

Additional double wire feeding machines can be selected as per actual requirements to increase weld bead width.
