Safety Precautions for Power Cable Connections

For centralized power supply methods, the power requirement of the station power supply should be fully considered.

For systems with numerous speakers and higher broadcasting power, it is recommended to use on-site power supply.

For the 25W amplifier stations, each power cable can only connect to 60 stations.

For the 50W amplifier station, each power cable can connect to a total of 40 telecommunication stations.

Based on the number of speakers and the broadcast power, multiple power cables need to be connected from the cable junction box.

Power cords should not have any splices in the middle in principle; if an occurrence does happen, a junction box must be installed.

Bus Cable Connection Precautions

When laying bus cables, avoid environments with strong electromagnetic interference.

All cables must be clearly labeled for proper wire identification during installation.

All bus cable connections must be in the correct sequence; they must match up perfectly.

Intermediate termination points are not allowed in the bus cable.

The shielding layer of the bus cable must have a good ground connection.

Cautions for Speaker Cable Connections

The distance between the speaker and the microphone is 30 meters.

The shielding layer of the speaker cable must be properly grounded.

Speaker cables must be connected uniformly to ensure system consistency, as they are not polarity-specific.

Other Cabling Precautions

High-voltage and low-voltage wiring are separated, running through their respective conduits.

The power and low-voltage conduits should maintain a distance of 10cm to 30cm when running in the same direction horizontally.

When the heavy-duty and low-voltage conduit cross vertically, they are each sheathed to avoid interference from the heavy-duty to the low-voltage.

Both ends of the various lines are marked.

Power cables, speaker cables, and bus cables should be straight in their respective conduits, without any twists or knots.

When connecting hoses to rigid pipes, ensure the hoses and rigid pipes are securely and reliably inserted into the槽.
