Energy-saving ball mills include a rotating drum, a support base, a driving unit, and accessories. The rotating drum of the energy-saving ball mill is fixed at the bottom with a support base, and a fine material sieve is installed at the discharge position of the rotating drum. The driving unit is set externally to the rotating drum of the energy-saving ball mill. Compared to traditional ball mills that use sliding sleeve bearings, which have high friction resistance and power consumption, statistics show that friction power loss accounts for about 17% to 23% of the motor power. The new energy-saving ball mills commonly use rolling bearings instead of sleeve bearings, reducing the friction power consumption of the main bearings by over 90%, achieving the expected energy-saving effect.

Energy-saving ball mill is suitable for grinding various ores and other materials, widely used in mineral processing, building materials, and chemical industries. It can be divided into dry and wet grinding methods. Depending on the discharge mode, it can be categorized into grid type and overflow type.


The Ore Grinding Ball Mill employs rolling bearings as the supporting structure of the drum, and is a new type of ball mill designed with a brand new concept. It systematically resolves issues such as the lifespan and alignment of heavily loaded rolling bearings used to replace sliding bearing shells, sealing problems under harsh environmental conditions, and drum movement over long periods of operation.

This energy-saving ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, driven by external gears, featuring two compartments and a grid-type energy-saving design. Materials are uniformly fed into the first compartment of the mill through a feeding hollow shaft spiral from the feeding device. This compartment contains stepped or corrugated liners and is filled with steel balls of different sizes. As the cylinder rotates, centrifugal force brings the steel balls to a certain height before dropping, exerting a heavy impact and grinding action on the materials. After achieving coarse grinding in the first compartment, the materials pass through a single-layer diaphragm plate into the second compartment, which is lined with flat plates and contains steel balls for further grinding. The powdered materials are discharged through a discharge grate, completing the powder grinding process.

The energy-saving ball mill is composed of main parts such as the feeding section, discharging section, rotating section, and transmission section (reducer, small transmission gears, motor, electrical control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, with a removable lining. The large rotating gear is machined from castings. The drum is lined with wear-resistant plates, offering excellent wear resistance. The machine operates smoothly with a reliable structure.
