Principle of operation for slag ball mill

The working principle of the slag ball mill is that the material is uniformly fed into the mill cylinder through the feeding device and the hollow shaft spiral. The cylinder is lined with high-manganese steel plates, containing steel balls of various sizes. The centrifugal force generated by the rotating mill cylinder elevates the steel balls to a certain height before they fall, exerting a heavy impact and grinding action on the slag material. The powdered material is discharged through the discharging grate plate, completing its grinding process, and then separated.
