Explosion-proof LED lights are a derivative of explosion-proof lights, sharing the same principle. They use LED as the light source and are designed to prevent ignition of surrounding explosive mixtures, such as explosive gases, dust, and gas. LED explosion-proof lights are currently one of the most energy-efficient types of explosion-proof lighting, widely used in oil fields, power plants, chemical factories, and refineries.
One, explosion-proof type
Five main types of explosion-proof LED lights exist, including flameproof explosion-proof lighting, increased safety explosion-proof lighting, positive pressure explosion-proof lighting, non-sparking explosion-proof lighting, and dust explosion-proof lighting. These types are characterized by single explosion-proof forms, while others combine these forms to create composite explosion-proof lighting.
Section II: Touch Protection Type
These are categorized into three types. The focus is on the design of explosion-proof lamp enclosures, with the concern being whether the enclosures are electrically insulated.
III. Protection Level of the Shell
Many explosion-proof lighting fixtures have shells that serve as insulating protection. Firstly, they provide protection against people and dust. There are six levels for this. Additionally, they offer waterproofing, with eight different levels.
Four: According to the support material of the lamp base
Indoor explosion-proof LED lighting is available. If it's an indoor explosion-proof lamp, it would be mounted on the wall or ceiling.
