Daily Clean
1) Filter Cup and Handle
Remove the filter cup from the handle using a tool, clean the interior of the filter cup and handle with a brush, and rinse them clean with hot water.
Not cleaning the filter cup and handle can affect the quality of the coffee, as well as cause poor extraction and even result in the settling of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup.
2) Steam pipes, milk frothing nozzles
After making the milk foam, wipe the steam pipe nozzle with a damp cloth, release some steam to keep it clean. Regularly clear the small holes or remove them for cleaning.
3) External Machine Cleaning
Wipe the machine's exterior panel with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use rough materials or cleaning agents to clean the machine's shell, as this may cause damage.
4) Coffee Head Cleaning
After the extraction is completed, replace the cleaning blind pot, pour water into it, place it on, and pull it back and forth to the left and right, using water to rinse the coffee grounds off the seal ring inside the brew head.
5) Draining tray cleaning
After use, remove the draining tray, rinse and wipe it clean before replacing it. After removing the draining tray, clean the drainage channel. If there is sediment in the drainage channel, soak it in hot water first, then proceed with the cleaning.

Handle and filter cup
Clean the handle filter cup; if it is broken or there is an excessive amount of coffee grounds at the bottom, it may need to be replaced.
2) Steam Pipe
Long-term use of steam pipes can leave milk crystals. To soften the residue on and within the steam pipes, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes. After soaking, turn on the steam valve to check if the steam pipe is clear.
3) Depth Cleaning of the Brewing Head
Place 3-4 grams of the special cleaning powder into the cleaning lid and secure it on top of the boiling head.
Pump the switch for 3-5 seconds, then turn it off and wait for 30 seconds, pre-soak the filter, then pump the switch for another 3-5 seconds and turn it off again, repeating 7-8 times until the water runs clean.
Remove the handle, pour out the excess water, slip the water sleeve back on, pull back and forth to clean any remaining chemicals. Repeat 3-5 times until clean.
Xian Coffee Drinkery Reminds: It is not recommended to release steam excessively during use and cleaning, as it may enter the coffee machine, cause moisture in the wiring, and affect the machine's operation.
In addition to the routine cleaning and maintenance mentioned above, it is recommended to have a professional engineer perform an annual check on the machine at least once. Should any unusual noises occur during operation, please contact a professional repair technician immediately.
