High cutting quality. Generally, flame cutting is commonly used for cutting medium to thick plates, with material thicknesses of 20mm or more. At this thickness, cutting materials up to 100mm thick is challenging due to the risk of warping and the intense slag removal during piercing, which can easily clog the nozzle. Therefore, it is advisable to start cutting from the edge of the steel plate, maintaining a cutting speed within the range of 0-700mm/min to ensure a cut width of 2mm or less. Additionally, an automatic height control system is equipped to keep the cutting height stable throughout the entire cutting process.
