Three-way connectors are used for pipe fittings and pipe joints. Also known as pipe fitting three-way, three-way pipe fitting, or three-way connector, they are used at the point where the main pipeline needs to branch off.

A three-way fitting is a type of industrial piping component with three outlets, including one inlet and two outlets; or two inlets and one outlet. It comes in T and Y configurations, with both equal and unequal diameter outlets, used at intersections where three pipes of the same or different sizes converge. The primary function of a three-way fitting is to alter the fluid direction.
