2D-SY Type (6.3-80MPa) Electric Pressure Testing Pump, primarily used for hydrostatic testing of various pressure vessels, oxygen cylinders, pipelines, valves, steam boilers, and equipment for obtaining liquid high-pressure sources in pre-stressing processing new technology and laboratories. It is a new series designed by the Joint Design Team of the General Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. It retains the characteristics of the old products with high "three-standardization" level, long service life, stable performance, flexible mobility, and light weight, and further enhances these with the addition of a transmission device and cross conversion, achieving the required comprehensive value of this series. It offers stable and reliable performance, easier operation, and achieves energy-saving and electricity-saving effects. The product structure features an enclosed water tank, reducing the overall height and making the appearance more compact and aesthetically pleasing. This product is specifically designed for use with clean water, emulsions, and oils with a viscosity not exceeding 45 mm²/s at working temperatures of 5°-60°C.

IV. Main Structure and Working Principle

This product is a horizontal, 2-cylinder reciprocating pump. It consists of main components such as an electric motor, reducer, transmission box, water cylinder, collector, valves, and water tank. The pump is mounted on the lid of the water tank, which has four roller wheels for easy movement. The electric motor and reducer are connected by two half-shaft couplings. The worm shaft inside the reducer has a worm gear ratio of 2:55. The worm shaft has eccentric shafts at both ends, which, through sliding mechanisms in both sides of the transmission box, convert rotational motion into reciprocating motion of sliders and crossheads. The plunger mounted on the crosshead moves reciprocally within the water cylinder, achieving the alternating suction and discharge process of the pump. Due to the reciprocating action of the plunger, the working volume inside the two water cylinders undergoes periodic changes. When the plunger is in the suction stroke, the discharge valve is closed. As the working volume of the cylinder increases, a vacuum is formed inside the cylinder. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the working medium in the water tank passes through a filter, an inlet pipe, and the lifted inlet valve into the cylinder. When the plunger is in the discharge stroke, the inlet valve is closed and the discharge valve is forced open. The plunger then sends the working medium through the discharge valve into the collector, transporting it to the tested container to perform pressure testing.

The collector is the control hub for the pump, serving control, measurement, and protection functions. The collector is equipped with valves, drain valves, and working joints for connecting the output conduit and pressure gauge接头.

The valve is the overload protection device for the hydraulic end of this pump, factory-set.
