Product Introduction:
A medium-pressure ball press is a common equipment for shaping powdered materials. It relies on the material's own weight to enter the roller pressing zone and be compressed into balls with higher bulk density. It is primarily used for materials with a line pressure ratio of 1-3t/cm, such as solid waste, hazardous waste, construction debris, urban sludge, shaped coal, coking coal, anthracite, shaped charcoal, refractory materials, and other materials for shaping.
Product Advantages:
The medium-pressure roller press balling zone is composed of two identical-speed, opposite-direction rotating roller assemblies. One roller assembly is fixedly installed, while the other is an adjustable roller supported by the hydraulic system on the machine frame. The roller surface features customized molds. When the material is continuously fed into the center of the roller in a quantitative manner, it is compressed and shaped.
As the design foundation for pellet presses, the linear pressure ratio is quite important (unit: N/m or t/cm). We have extensive experience with the linear pressure ratios of most materials, and for new materials, we primarily determine their linear pressure ratio through experimental means.
Operating Principle:
The medium-pressure ball press transmits power to two pressure rollers via a reducer, causing them to rotate towards each other. As the rollers turn, materials naturally enter the ball mold dies on the rollers. With the rotation of the rollers, the pressure on the materials gradually increases from small to large. When the materials rotate to the contact point between the two rollers, the pressure on the materials reaches its peak. Under the immense linear pressure, the materials transform from powdered to spherical.
