1.1 The quality of the cooling water should meet certain requirements: the resistance rate of the circulating water should not be lower than 2.5 Ki2, with a pH value between 6 and 9; the import water temperature should not exceed 35°C, and the water flow should be between 4 to 8 L/min.
When used for high-voltage or higher-voltage devices, it is essential to meet or exceed the above water quality requirements.
During operation, the 1.3 water-cooled radiator should pay special attention to preventing water leakage, clogging, and condensation.
During the installation of the 1.4 air-cooled radiator, the fins of the radiator should be aligned with the direction of the cooling air flow; the incoming air temperature should not exceed 40°C, and the wind speed at the inlet should be 4 - 6 mls.
Due to the wind resistance characteristics of air-cooled heat sinks, when selecting a heat sink for the entire unit, one should consult the relationship curve between the heat resistance, flow resistance, and wind speed of the heat sink, taking into account both the heat resistance and wind resistance parameters of the heat sink, based on the load requirements and fan capacity.
