Fill the oil tank with water and then mix in 20% of an alkaline solution, ensuring thorough blending.

Seal the storage tank by closing the outlet valves, the tank's breathing valve, and the sampling port. Introduce steam at the inlet, ensuring a flow of 2-3 kg, and continuously steam the tank for 12 hours.

The temperature change observed outside the jar does not exceed 50°C. It feels slightly warm to the touch.

After the steam drum is opened and the manhole and the drum top are removed, the water is drained and allowed to stand for 2-4 hours for analysis. Upon passing the quality inspection, personnel enter the drum, pour sawdust inside, and clean the residue with reed bundles. After the quality analysis is approved, the drum is sealed and a request for operation is submitted.
