Phase-shifting Transformer
Our company is capable of manufacturing dry-type rectifier transformers with H-grade insulation, utilizing Nomex paper as the insulation material, offering higher reliability and environmental characteristics. The dry-type phase-shifting rectifier transformer is a device specifically designed to provide multi-phase rectifier power for medium and high-voltage inverters. Employing the principle of extended edge triangle phase-shifting, multiple phase-shifting secondary windings with different phase angles can be arranged to form rectifier transformers with equivalent phases of 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, and 27 phases.
Phase-shifting transformers are suitable for environments with high fire protection requirements and significant load fluctuations, such as offshore oil platforms, thermal power plants, waterworks, metallurgy and chemical industries, and construction materials mines, among other specialized work environments.
Special transformer operating environment
1. Altitude not exceeding 1000m.
2. Surrounding environmental temperature not exceeding +40°C, not below -20°C.
3. Relative air humidity not exceeding 95% at +25°C.
4. In areas with mixed gases and coal dust, where explosion hazards exist.
5. Environment with no severe vibration, shock, and inclination not exceeding 15° from the vertical plane.
6. Areas free of corrosive gases and vapors affecting non-destructive metals and insulating materials.
7. No water leakage or water damage areas.
