Our company develops and produces a series of fully sealed, oil-immersed, underground S11-MD transformers.Electrical TransformerBoasting low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, these transformers achieve excellent energy-saving effects and reduce pollution. Compared to conventional oil-immersed transformers, the full-sealed, underground transformers eliminate the oil storage tank. The fluctuation in oil volume is automatically regulated and compensated by the elastic corrugated plates of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer itself is installed in a concrete-constructed pit, occupying no surface space. The underground transformer and the cover are equipped with high-voltage wells and low-voltage terminals, high-voltage load switches and backup fuses, plug-in lightning arresters, pressure relief valves, vacuum pressure gauges, temperature control, and oil level indicators, all of which can be observed and operated from the ground. The oil tank is made of stainless steel, featuring a full-sealed structure and sealed welding along the rim to minimize the sealed area, ensuring long-term safe operation in special underground environments.
