    SG(B)10 Three-phase Open TypeDryThe transformer is an open-type dry transformer made with DuPont's NOMEX (Normark) insulation material through the VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) process, with its technology originating in the United States. It does not support combustion during use, can resist fire, will not explode or release toxic gases, and will not harm the environment, other equipment, or humans; it is insensitive to humidity, dust, and pollution; it operates without partial discharge and will never crack. It boasts high reliability, with both high and low voltage coils insulated with NOMEX material and repeatedly impregnated with H-class solvent-free varnish through VPI vacuum pressure equipment, followed by multiple high-temperature baking solidification. The product is H-class (180°C), while the main insulation material is C-class (220°C), offering strong overload capacity and excellent short-circuit resistance. In well-ventilated conditions, it is permitted to operate at a 20% overload.

    According to customer requirements, configurable in standard steel plate, aluminum alloy, or stainless steel enclosures. Protection ratings available include IP20, IP23, etc., with high and low voltage busbars for incoming and outgoing lines as per customer specifications.

      b. Environmental Temperature

        ToHigh Average Daily Temperature +30℃

        ToAverage Annual Mean Temperature +20℃

        ToLow Temperature -30℃ (for outdoor transformers)

        ToLow temperature -5℃ (for indoor transformers)

      c. Power Voltage Waveform

      The waveform of the power voltage is similar to a sine wave.

      d. Symmetry of Multi-phase Power Supply Voltage
