We currently employ 238 staff members, including 58 engineers and technicians, 8 engineers, and 2 chief engineers. With over 18 million RMB in fixed assets, we possess a complete set of electric furnace processing equipment such as shearing machines, rolling machines, bending machines, milling machines, planing machines, bandsaws, welding machines, cranes, and comprehensive factory inspection equipment. As a specialized factory for producing various heat treatment equipment, our main products include box furnaces, traveling grate furnaces, hot air circulating furnaces, pit furnaces, hood furnaces, tube furnaces, mesh belt furnaces, continuous drum furnaces, roller hearth furnaces, pusher furnaces, tilting drum furnaces, steel belt furnaces, aluminum alloy quenching furnaces, aging furnaces, crucible furnaces, and molten aluminum insulation furnaces. We can perform various automatic heat treatment processes on workpieces using vacuum, protective atmosphere, and controlled atmosphere as mediums, such as electricity, natural gas, coal gas, and industrial fuel oil. Our energy-saving full-fiber series traveling grate furnaces have been nominated for the Jiangsu Science and Technology Achievement Award, and our company has been honored with the title of Private Science and Technology Enterprise.
