We currently have 238 employees, including 58 engineers and technical staff, 8 engineers, and 2 chief engineers. Our fixed assets exceed 18 million yuan. We possess a complete set of electric furnace processing equipment, including shearing machines, rolling machines, bending machines, milling machines, planing machines, band saw machines, electric welding machines, cranes, and other equipment, as well as a full range of factory testing equipment. We are a specialized factory for producing various heat treatment equipment, with main products including box furnaces, trolley furnaces, hot air circulation furnaces, well furnaces, hood furnaces, tubular furnaces, mesh belt furnaces, continuous drum furnaces, roller hearth furnaces, push rod furnaces, tilting drum furnaces, steel belt furnaces, aluminum alloy quenching furnaces, aging furnaces, crucible furnaces, and molten aluminum insulation furnaces. We can carry out various automated heat treatments for workpieces using media such as electricity, natural gas, coal gas, industrial fuel oil, etc., including vacuum, protective atmosphere, and controlled atmosphere treatments. Our energy-saving full-fiber series trolley furnaces have been submitted for the Jiangsu Science and Technology Achievement Award, and our company has been honored with the title of Private Science and Technology Enterprise.
