Product Features:
●This machine is suitable for round, square, flat, conical, and elliptical bottles, capable of single, double, or triple-sided labeling, and can apply up to three labels simultaneously.
●The machine consists of bottle in/out mechanism, automatic glue applicator, label pick-up device, label feeding clamp, and label brushing unit. The bottle is fed into the pressure station by a spiral bottle separator and a star wheel, where the adhesive-labeled stickers are simultaneously applied and pressed onto the bottle body. The stickers are then flattened by a brush and exited through the star wheel to complete the labeling process.
●The machine is equipped with a bilingual (Chinese and English) display for real-time monitoring of operation, featuring machine fault indication, operating speed display, and product yield display.
●Programmable control technology is used for automatic labeling when a bottle is detected by a photoelectric switch; no label is applied when there is no bottle.
●When changing bottle types, only a few parts need to be replaced to quickly resume production, with simple operation.
