Product Features:
●This machine is suitable for round bottles, square bottles, flat bottles, cone-shaped bottles, and elliptical bottles, and can achieve single-sided, double-sided, or triple-sided labeling, capable of affixing up to three labels simultaneously.
●The machine consists of bottle feeding and discharging devices, automatic glue application, label picking, label gripping, and brush devices. The machine feeds bottles into the pressing station through a spiral bottle divider and a feeding sprocket. The labels coated with glue are simultaneously applied to the bottles and pressed onto the bottle bodies, smoothed by a brush, and then the bottles are discharged through an exit sprocket, completing the labeling process.
●The machine is equipped with a bilingual (Chinese and English) display screen for real-time monitoring of the equipment's operation, featuring machine fault display, running speed display, and product yield display.
●Programmable control technology is used for automatic labeling when photoelectric switches detect bottles, without labeling when there are no bottles.
●When changing bottle types, only a few parts need to be replaced for quick production restart, and the operation is simple.
