The SWC type universal joint is a structure with an integral fork head that does not require bolt connections. As the fixed cross-axis bearing does not use bolts, it avoids loosening or breaking of the bolts, thereby enhancing the strength of this vulnerable part, improving reliability, extending service life, and also facilitating maintenance.
The main features of the SWC type cross-axis universal joint are:
1. Offers significant angle compensation capability; the SWC type can reach approximately 15-25 degrees, while the SWP type is around 10 degrees.
2. Compact and rational structure. The SWC model uses an integrated fork head, enhancing the reliability of transportation.
3. High load-bearing capacity. Compared to other types of couplings with the same swing diameter, it transmits a greater torque, offering superior suitability for machinery and equipment with restricted swing diameters.
4. High transmission efficiency. Achieving 98-99.8% efficiency, it is ideal for high-power transmission applications, offering significant energy-saving benefits.
5. Smooth transport, low noise, easy assembly and maintenance.
Based on the structure of the intermediate shaft and the connection form of the shaft yoke, there are 7 types: BH type -- Standard telescopic welding universal joint, BF type -- Standard telescopic flanged universal joint, DH type -- Short telescopic welding universal joint, CH type -- Long telescopic welding universal joint, WH type -- Non-telescopic welding universal joint, WF type -- Non-telescopic flanged universal joint, WD type -- Non-telescopic short universal joint.
