Hebei Hongkang Sports Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 with a registered capital of 30.38 million yuan. The company is located in Haixing County, by the rich and fertile Bohai coastline, north of Beijing and Tianjin, south of Qiilu, east facing the Bohai Sea, with easy access to the Jinsan Expressway, Coastal Expressway, and Handan-Hong Kong Railway, ensuring convenient transportation.
Mr. Li Ronghai, the Chairman, has always adhered to the corporate philosophy of "creating excellent product quality, providing excellent after-sales service, and maintaining excellent corporate reputation" for the company's development. Guided by the principles of "honesty as the foundation, quality over quantity, and customer satisfaction," the company has, over the years, developed into a specialized entity encompassing research, design, production, sales, and service. Our products cater to the diverse needs of customers across various levels.
To keep pace with the rapid development of the times, the company invested 2 million yuan to establish a Technology Research and Development Center in October 2013. In 2019, it was awarded the "Hebei Province Industrial Enterprise Self-built (Grade A) Research and Development Institution Certificate" by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and recognized as the Sports Equipment Technology Innovation Center by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. Through continuous efforts, the company now owns 11 patented products, developed more than 200 new products, and received honors such as "China's Innovative and Excellent Products" and "Hebei Province Excellent Products."
Our company's products include retractable grandstands, sports equipment, field fencing, floating interlocking flooring, fitness trails, track and field, and gymnastics equipment in over a dozen series with thousands of specifications. The range of products launched into the market is extensive. With the operation of a quality management system led by Chairman Li Ronghai, our company has successfully passed relevant certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO28001. We have also been honored with certifications from FIBA (International Basketball Federation), BWF (Badminton World Federation), IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations), and NSCC (National Sports Certification Center).
As the company's business volume continued to grow, it invested over 60 million yuan in relocating and expanding the entire facility in September 2017, with the expansion work completed in November 2018. The new plant covers a total area of 42,308 square meters, with a gross building area of over 35,000 square meters (including: 20,000 square meters for production workshops, 10,000 square meters for finished goods storage); the company currently employs over 200 staff, with 10 senior technical personnel, 25 intermediate technical personnel, and over 60 professional technical personnel; the company has invested in advanced laser cutting machines, over 20 robotic welding arms, injection molding machines, blow molding machines, automatic spray lines, CNC lathes, and numerous auxiliary testing equipment, enhancing the product's process level. With the new plant in operation, it is expected to produce 23,000 pieces (sets) of sports and fitness equipment annually.
