(3) Our service hotline is staffed 24/7 with a response time within 24 hours. Our repair workshop and front desk are open on holidays and weekends, ensuring immediate repairs for customers. We have a door-to-door repair system in place. A quick response repair team is promptly formed, ready to arrive on-site at any time.

(4) We strictly adhere to the city price bureau and our company's "Repair Cost Standard," refunding old parts to customers, and avoiding exaggerated faults and excessive charges.

(5) Remote fault diagnosis for out-of-town customers, technical troubleshooting, and expedited shipping of parts as needed. We will prioritize and rush repairs for machines sent in by out-of-town customers, ensuring completion on the same day.

(6) Machines repaired at our center (Hefei Xueyi Appliance Repair Center) are covered by a three-month warranty. Should any issues arise with the repair quality or the quality of replacement parts within the warranty period, our center is responsible for returning the repair.

(7) Customers who have had their machines repaired at our center may receive half-price repair services for the same machine at our company, upon presenting the billing receipt and warranty card.

(8) Establish Follow-Up System: Regularly track the usage of our company's repaired machines (including on-site services) and the quality of our service. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and compile a satisfaction survey form. Publicly disclose our supervision hotline and welcome customers and relevant departments to supervise our service work.
