Routine Air Conditioning Refrigeration System Inspection

Balancing pressure in refrigeration systems, measuring low or high pressure.

Current measurement, observation of condensation and frost on gas and liquid valves, and the opening degrees of the two valves. Inspection of the bending of the pipe extending through the wall, and whether the pipeline and wiring have been extended between the interior and exterior.

(1) If it's a three-phase control, you must first adjust the phase sequence.

(2) For plug-in and startup without sound or indication, or abnormal sound, always check the power source. This includes user power and machine power sources, some of which are provided from outside to the inside, with transformers and wires outdoors.

(3) CPU operating conditions inspection. The CPU operating conditions include +5V, reset (resistor-capacitor 4.8V, integrated 3V), replacement of crystals, and checking for any leakage or short circuits in the peripheral circuit.

Plug-in with sound, no sound, or receiver head failure.

Plug in, with a sound, after several seconds of protection, check for open circuit and short circuit in sensors, and open circuits in pressure switches, temperature switches, etc.
