There are numerous types of tires, but essentially, any that meet relevant standards and are sold in the domestic market require an application.CCC CertificationBecause any tire must undergo extensive safety tests after design to meet the CCC standards, how exactly does one apply for the 3C certification?

Tire Application Process for CCC Certification
Contact relevant testing institutions, which can be third-party or the CQC Quality Testing Center, then submit the CCC certification application and fill out the forms.
Prepare product-related documentation, such as tire design drawings, main raw material lists, company standards, and other certificates (if available).
3. Engineers from the testing institution conduct an initial review to assess whether the product meets the basic requirements for the CCC certification. Upon passing the review, a testing plan will be issued.
4. Prepare 1-3 tire samples for delivery to the laboratory, where they will be tested in accordance with national standards and the established testing program.
5. Engineers conducted a factory audit at the tire production facility, identifying issues that require rectification to eliminate potential safety hazards.
6. Issuance of the CCC Certificate.
The entire process of applying for the CCC certification for tires is now complete. It is worth noting that after obtaining the CCC certificate, we must choose to imprint the CCC logo on one side of the tires during production and must not alter the manufacturing process of the tires, including materials and parameters, otherwise the CCC certificate will automatically become invalid.
