Air Purifier Explosion-Proof Certification Process

1. Communicated with professional explosion-proof engineers, requiring the provision of the product manual and other documents for the air purifier. The engineers will then determine the explosion-proof marking for the purifier based on the environment in which it will be used and your specific needs.

2. Shipped samples and materials to the Bay Intermax explosion-proof testing laboratory for type testing according to National Standard (GB3836) and the previously determined explosion-proof grade, with an estimated duration of about one month.

3. Should any test item fail to meet the standards during the type test process, the current testing procedure must be paused, and the sample must be rectified. Rectification is provided by engineers, and the type test can resume once the rectification is complete. This continues until all test items meet national standards.

4. Following the type test, Bay Interstellar鼎 will provide the corresponding test report. After the national certification authority reviews it, the explosion-proof certification for air purifiers can be issued within about a week.

Be mindful that following the acquisition of our explosion-proof certification, we must affix explosion-proof labels to our products. Subsequent products produced or used must match the inspected samples in terms of material, craftsmanship, and explosion-proof performance, etc. Unauthorized alterations to products may result in penalties. Should a product change be necessary, a new explosion-proof certification application is required.
