The HJ-ICE04E protocol converter utilizes E1 communication lines to provide a data transmission channel with a bandwidth of 30.4M for the internet. It connects two local area networks into two segments of a single LAN using the same IP address, via transmission equipment such as optical terminals. It automatically learns MAC addresses and filters data packets based on the address table (this feature can be disabled), while being transparent to the TCP/IP protocol.

Widely applied in public networks of telecommunications and mobile operators, as well as in specialized networks of post and telecommunication, electricity, banking, public security, military, railways, and large-scale enterprises and institutions.



Feature Highlights:

1. Achieve transparent transmission of Ethernet data over the 4E1 circuit.

2. The system can set CRC alarm thresholds to automatically isolate transmission lines with poor quality, and it performs a unidirectional cut-off. When the error rate in one direction of a 2M trunk exceeds the threshold, only that direction is disconnected, with the other direction unaffected. This means that the two directions of Ethernet transmission can be asymmetric.

3. Achieve a multi-path E1 transmission with a maximum delay difference of 10ms. If the difference exceeds the allowable range, the system can automatically cease data transmission on E1 lines with excessive delay.

5. Built-in dynamic Ethernet MAC address list (4096 addresses), featuring local data frame filtering function.

6. The E1 interface complies with ITU-T G.703, G.704, and G.802.3.

7. The E1 interface module includes an integrated clock recovery circuit and HDB3 decoding/encoding circuit.

8. The equipment supports hot swapping of E1 channels during operation, and automatically detects valid E1 channels without interrupting data transmission.

9. Supports flexible configuration of 1 to 16 E1 channels; automatically detects the number and delay of E1 during reset and selects an available E1 port.

10. Supports resetting of the local system to the remote system.

11. Features Ethernet monitoring with automatic reset function.
