详情描述
The HJ-E800B Digital Programmed Exchange is the largest capacity product in the E800 series, representing the latest generation. It integrates the development and production of a new generation digital programmed exchange with technologies such as circuit, IP, and fiber optic access. It supports both analog trunks with ring, E&M, and carrier interfaces, as well as digital trunks with protocols like No.7, R2 (NO.1), PRI, and V5 signaling. It also supports remote module extension with optical and E1 interface modes, and VoIP trunks based on H.323 and SIP protocols. It is an ideal device for users to improve communication conditions, enhance work efficiency, control call expenses, and implement office intelligence. It features ease of use, flexibility, high reliability, and large capacity. The system is widely used in commercial offices, factories, hospitals, hotels, schools, and other corporate and institutional settings.
The HJ-E800B equipment features a modular design, consisting of 1 to 8 modules. Each module is controlled by 1 MCU and includes 16 user board slots. A single module supports up to 256 user interfaces, with the entire system capable of providing up to 2048 voice phone lines.
The system supports up to 9 DT digital relay cards. Each DT card offers 4 E1 interfaces, which can be individually set as No.1, PRI, or No.7 signaling. The system can accommodate up to 36 E1 interfaces and 1024 loopback relay connections.
The equipment supports two MCU/SCU main control boards, with one MCU/SCU controlling the operation and the other serving as a backup main control board. In case the first MCU/SCU fails, it can automatically switch to the second MCU/SCU for operation. The system's PWR power board is double-redundant, supporting dual backup for working voltage, bell current, and fault detection.
19-inch rackmount standard single 6U chassis, supports up to 256 single-slot PBXs, max 2048 IP PBXs, dual master control with redundancy and hot backup, AC voltage 110V-240V, DC voltage 48V dual-input power supply system, mixed insertion of internal and external cable slots.
Provide users with basic and enhanced functionalities of a centralized user switch.
Basic Services: Offer group call, off-group call, malicious call tracking, operator functions, intelligent incoming call matching, remote optical extension, wake-up service, distinguishing ringtones, call forwarding, and call answering services.
Primary Business Needs: Dialing Abbreviation, Hotline Service, Call Detail Support, Do Not Disturb Service, Alarm Service, Cut-In Service, Call Waiting, Block Unwanted Calls, Busy/No Answer/Unconditional Forwarding, Call Back on Busy, Outgoing Call Restriction, Absent User Service, Immediate Billing, Three-Way Calling, 128-Way Conference Calls, Caller ID Display, Caller ID Display Restriction, Voice Mail, Over 200 Blacklist Settings.
The system must support a maximum of 2048 user lines and 1024 relay lines, with support for No.7/PRI and No.1 signaling, and magnetic stone relays. The switching system should have robust system upgrade capabilities, allowing for seamless online addition of new system features without impacting call processing.
Meeting the demand for an increasing variety of value-added services (new services).
The exchange equipment provided by the quotation party requires high reliability, with the main equipment utilizing thermal hot-standby backup methods (main control board, secondary power supply board, distribution control board).
The system should be equipped with redundant and fault-tolerant safety measures, supporting dual backup of the CPU, dual backup of each frame's control panel, dual backup of each frame's secondary power supply, and each power module supports independent 48V input.
Supports MYSQL database, Excel import/export, Windows 7 system, and automatic user data backup.
To optimize data center resources, we offer the most advanced technical solutions. The main equipment system of the main data center (digital programmable user exchange) supports direct fiber/E1 connections to remote PCM units. The main equipment system is equipped with PCM cards, which can accommodate 1 to 4 E1 interfaces or 1 to 4 optical ports, corresponding to 1 to 4 remote units. Each PCM card supports up to 256 lines of branch exchanges.
The main equipment system supports simultaneous management of Ethernet and serial ports, and can support 8 soft seats via network interfaces.
Remotely supports E1 interfaces and 1+1 optical protection.
The remote module is expandable to 10/100M Ethernet interfaces.
Local and remote support for remote online upgrades.
Supports emergency systems for disaster evacuation, emergency evacuation,疏散,alarm, and SOS emergency rescue. Features equipment failure early warning.
Supports SIP voice encoding, fax protocols G.711, G.729, T30, T38, etc.; supports VOIP protocols: SIP/H.323, MGCP/H.248.
Complete system (including remote) with unified network management, supporting maintenance desk, operator desk, billing desk management, PC soft operator desk, IVR navigation system, wake-up service system, voice mailbox, night service system, malicious call tracking system, disaster evacuation system, SOS system, report statistics system, PMS integration system, and conference system.
