The HJ-E800S-L Softswitch System is an access-level softswitch platform designed for next-generation networks (NGN). Based on VoIP protocols and developed on the Linux operating system, it offers stable and reliable softswitch capabilities. It supports SIP protocols, NAT traversal, various authentication methods, and provides a range of value-added services such as voice, video, electronic fax, conferencing, recording, IVR, TTS, and Radius billing interfaces. The system supports interconnection with PSTN networks, PBX systems, and softswitch networks through modular expansion. It features load balancing and redundancy backup functions, ensuring stable and reliable access-level operational services. The system also comes with a feature-rich Web configuration and centralized network management capabilities to meet diverse operational needs.




Teleconference Module

Supports scheduled phone conferences, self-built phone conferences, fixed-line phone conferences, venue recording, venue management (music, mute, kick out, channel recording, end the meeting, etc.), multi-user management, and centralized account management features.

Electronic Fax Service Module

Leveraging existing public Internet network resources, supports all types of network access methods, and fully supports the SIP protocol. Features include sending faxes from electronic documents, receiving faxes to email, receiving faxes to printers, receiving faxes via SMS, bulk faxing, multi-user management, centralized fax management, and providing third-party development interfaces.

Telephone Recording Module

Simultaneously record and query multiple phone calls; based on server performance, it can support recording of over 150 phone calls at the same time, with the recorded files in MP3 format.

Video Conference Module

A Java-based Flash streaming media server that transmits video data via RTMP and HTTP protocols. It's a 100% B/S architecture, allowing for seamless integration with websites. Supports audio and video, enabling you to view each participant's desktop. Features include online chat, video, file sharing, and desktop sharing.

Good compatibility

The system supports standard SIP protocol, and in terms of media, it supports voice, video calls, and electronic faxes.

Voice Broadcast Module

Help customers convert text content into TTS (Text-to-Speech) voice, utilizing group calling to enable voice notification functionality, saving time for staff members who would otherwise have to call each person individually, thus enhancing work efficiency.

High reliability

The system network employs a combination of redundant backup and distributed architecture, having undergone rigorous testing under heavy call volumes, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and with stable performance, meeting the operational requirements of carrier-grade systems. It supports protection mechanisms such as redundant backup and load balancing.

Flexible networking options

Core modules can be located within a private network, protecting the system from external network intrusions. It supports distributed networking methods, features NAT/Firewall penetration capabilities, and can penetrate multiple NATs, enabling interconnection between networks that do not communicate with each other.

Robust network management system

The Network Management System monitors and manages the network, offering real-time graphical monitoring of servers, devices, and calls. It provides statistical data on system operation and features an automatic alerting function for failures, significantly reducing operational and maintenance costs.
