       Product Overview
Vertical storage tanks are available in vertical or horizontal single or double-layer structures. The inner lining is polished to Ra0.45μm. The exterior is insulated with mirror panels or frosted panels, and保温 materials are filled according to customer specifications. Widely used in the storage and transportation of dairy products, beverages, and winemaking processes, they feature vibration resistance, explosion-proof, leak-proof, and refrigeration capabilities. They are an indispensable piece of equipment in beverage manufacturing.

       Structure
Vessels are equipped with level gauges (contactless ultrasonic, static pressure transmitter, or glass tube type), air breathing apparatus, sterilization steam outlet, thermometers (digital or dial type), CIP multi-directional cleaning vessels, light holes sight glasses, several inlets and outlets for liquids, and manholes. The manufacturer's interface for vertical storage tanks uses internationally standard ISO quick-release chuck, the inner tank is made of imported 316L or 304, the tank design is rational, the process is excellent, and it is automatically controlled, meeting GMP standards.
