       Operating Principle
A Drum Coater is a cooling crystallization process where molten material in the feed pan contacts a cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a scraper, resulting in sheet-like products.
The drum dryer is a continuous process that heats and dries material or strip material adhered to the outer wall of a rotating drum through heat transfer.
